I had a wisdom tooth out recently, i then got an infection and i'm due to take my last anitbiotic today. should the pain have completely gone by now?

How recently ?: And how much pain? How difficult was the extraction? It's so hare to give you a meaningful answer without this information. Understand that your extraction was a minor surgery and that everyone heals at a different pace. Add your infection, and it might take longer for you to heal.
