A member asked:

Hi, i can't treat my fistula because it is a very complicated case, and it is been very painful since last month... how likely is it going to turn into sepsis or other deadly diseases ? and if it did turn into sepsis how likely i would survive?

Many more details about your fistula are needed to better help you. Please consider seeing a doctor in person locally for guidance.

I assume you mean anal fistula. You cant treat it yourself. It has to be treated by a competent surgeon. It will not turn into a deadly disease. Once it heals after surgery you will be fine and live a normal life. So relax
