The chances of death is quite rare, but still possible. Have those teeth extracted ASAP. September is three months away. Festering infections are never a good thing.

Antibiotics do not cure infection in a tooth, only control it for as long as you take the medication. When you stop, infection comes roaring back. 3 months is much too long to wait, to have an active infection harming other organ systems. Please see root canal specialist (Endodontist) or a specialist Oral Surgeon if your General Dentist is unable to see you sooner.

You won't die but your face will swell up and the infection will spread and the drainage from the fistula will result in a foul smell and taste in your mouth. Go to a hospital dental clinic or walk in dental clinic for treatment, root canals or extractions, your choice.
