Did i have an mi that was misdiagnosed? troponin 243, hr 118 at rest, flulike symptoms, sweating, pericarditis diagnosed from ecg. since then, heart races with any exertion (140bpm), sweat very easily. male, 37, 5'9", 284lbs. hypertension, controlled?
