TroponinT levels: There are various causes of leaks of troponinT levels in addition to a myocardial infarction or actual heart muscle damage from a blockage in a coronary artery. Things like myocarditis, heart failure, toxicity from some chemotherapy, pulmonary embolism,kidney failure are some. You don't describe your symptoms. Has a cardiologist been consulted? If you've experienced chest distress ?stress test
