Been having mild headaches and feel a little off when walking. seem to still have coordination but feel off. had a clean mri last august and want to get another one. can brain tumors grow that quickly? or am i being a hypochondriac?

What you need is a good neurologic exam. after that any tests should that doc desires. No, brain tumors dont grow that fast. Self diagnosis is dangerous wasteful. and unnecessarily worrying. Hope you feel better.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
