Brain tumors do not usually present with headaches, and typically need to be rather large and causing a significant mass effect to develop head pain. Your headaches are more likely to be triggered by such problems as dehydration, muscular tension in the neck, or even migraine, but multiple other mechanisms may be causative. See a neurologist for evaluation and treatment.
