Thank you doctors. went to the hospital. got a blood? work. and urine dip. steak. getting your analysis done tomorrow. results show that. kidneys are functioning. ok. but why am i having pain in that area? any suggestions?

This answer is for both questions. Most people think low back pain is kidney pain which is not true. Pain from kidney (renal colic) is slightly higher and close to the flank and pain radiates to the groin area, not exacerbated with changing position. Low back pain is very common, as common as headache, and most back pain is not due to a kidney problem and most kidney problems do not cause pain.
