YES IT IS POSSIBLE: It seems you were seen in ER for what you call kidney pain.And you had blood and urine test done and that was normal.Why were you prescribed Ciprofloxacin,as that is what you are talking If you still have pain you should consult your family doctor for re examination and you may need imaging like Ultrasound or Cat Scan to find out the cause of your pain.
