Are you sure the previous size of the exophytic solid appearing mass was 10.2 cm or that was the size of the left kidney? If it's true the mass has shrunk, malignancy is ruled out.

There is something not right here. A 10.2 cm size sold looking kidney mass does not become 2.3cm in followup.. This, if correct, has to be carefully interpreted by a Urologist Pl see one
