Sounds complicated: Depending on the study you had (CT/MRI). Some of these finding could be incidental (not important) or could be why you had the study in the first place. You should get blood testing, follow up with gynecology. The 8.4cm mass could be a large cyst, depends on the radiographic interpretation. Depending on your symptoms I would try to focus on what needs to be evaluated first. too much to type..

A year after i jumped out a 2 story window i had hematuria & hydronephrosis left kidney. Now i found out i had ureteral obstruction. Any connection?
