35 y/o son has slight pinching pain under chin when eating.. no swelling or pain otherwise, not constant.. goes away for days then comes back, no fever, weight loss or other symptoms, what could this be? im worried?

Good of you to worry about your son. Without an exam no reason can be given. It could be from his teeth or jaw or something else. Have him see a doc.
