ENT Consult: Chronic mastoiditis, which is what may be developing at this point, needs to be addressed immediately. Antimicrobial resistance is a problem, and mastoiditis is treated with antibiotics, ear cleaning procedures and sometimes surgery is necessary. Since you have a fullness in your ear, you should be examined by a physician and have a full+ear exam r/o otitis. Still taking quinidine? See ENT office.
