Can a CT scan of the head without contrast dye detect brain aneurysms?
I have been suffering from a migraine for several days now, just had a CT scan done that shows chronic opacification of mastoid air cells on the same side of my head I am suffering majority of pain and throbbing on can this be linked?

Having mild little pains in head go and come. Ct and mri clear. Ent and allergist think Tension or mild migraine. Im a worrier big time. With good Ct and Mri should I still be worried? No other symptoms feel great. Walk 5 miles a day?
