I have been suffering from a migraine for several days now, just had a ct scan done that shows chronic opacification of mastoid air cells on the same side of my head i am suffering majority of pain and throbbing on can this be linked?

No, that incidental finding is less likely the cause of your migraine or the current headache.

The mastoid issues do not relate to migraine headaches and are most likely not a symptom source of any consequence. If you wish success in dealing with your headaches, seek neurological attention and consider using one of the newer preventative or abortive migraine medications. Some OTC remedies are also very helpful.
