Maybe. Hypothetical situation? People with no outbreaks at all don't take anti-herpes meds (unless for a rare, unusual situation). About half of US adults have HSV-1 (some don't know they have it already). If one's first HSV-1 infection was on her lips, and she developed a good level of protective antibodies to HSV-1, then she should not be able to get a new HSV-1 infection elsewhere on her body.

Herpes is passed thru direct contact and not by urine or sperm. Yes it can be passed by contact even tho the person is on anti-virals.
