Had sex with a girl who is confirmed hsv1 positive (did not know ) paranoid, i did igm test and was positive for hsv1 and 2. is this confirmation of having herpes? she did not have any lesions and i used a condom.shoyld i do igg? igm reliable?

A positive IgM test for HPV measures virus in acute stage, and can be relied upon to determine Herpes I/II. IgG would confirm Herpes I/II if infection predated the most recent experience, and if IgM is positive, IgG does not need to be done.
