I can see a need for you to be followed and advised by an allergist, rheumatologist & endocrinologist. Your Hashimoto's thyroiditis should be the easiest of the 3 conditions to control. Avoiding severe allergic reactions is important. I'm sure you've learned the list of foods with high histamine contents such as nuts, seafoods, wheat, etc, as well as other triggers. Has lupus been diagnosed?
