See a doctor ASAP: This sounds quite severe. Platelets are increased by anything stimulating the bone marrow. This can be caused by infection, autoimmune diseases, leukemia, and other conditions. If you are severely anemic and taking nsaids like Naproxen you should stop until sure you are not bleeding. You really should seek medical care immediately. Hope you are better soon.
