2 swollen lymph nodes for about 3months cbc was normal i have gilbert's syndrome and bile was much higher than normal could this be caused by a infection they are both small painless movable and soft and i have no symptoms at all?

Yes, a systemic infection can increase bilirubin level in patient with Gilbert's syndrome. Reactive lymph nodes may persist after a viral or bacterial infection. You just need to observe for now, see your doctor if the nodes get bigger or new node appears.

An infection can explain both the rise in bilirubin and enlarged nodes. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
