I have had a pain on my right side, just had a pelvic ultrasound to rule out problems with uterus and ovaries. the test was ok, but the pain persists and also in my right lower back. especially difficult when turning from side to side in bed?

Less likely pain from genitourinary tract, more likely from musculoskeletal or radiculopathy (LS spines, hip or piriformis syndrome).

Hello, I am 28 years old. I recently had a Pelvic, Transva ultrasound. My Endometrial stripe was 2.1CM (21 mm), ovaries unremarkable, with some fluid in the cul de sac. There was atleast 2 2.1 mm cysts shown. Uterus otherwise ok. Shoud i be concerned?
