A member asked:

Pelvic ultrasound(trans-veg.)shows-acutely anteverted smallish uterus-47 x 32x46 mm. right ovary endometriotic & a haemorrhagic cyst18mm-is it bad?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cyst may resolve: The ultrasound is not bad. The hemorrhagic cyst may actually be what they are confusing for endometriosis. Best to repeat the ultrasound in 3 months to see if it resolves.
