Dr felt 1inch lump near spine and 3 smaller lumps in lower pelvis. did not show up on ultrasound or ct scan yet the ones in pelvis continue to grow and i have a new one. what could they be and will they show in mri? i have no uterus/ovaries, aged 41?

The "lumps" described may be benign lipomas, but to be certain, see a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis. An MRI is not indicated with the information provided.
