Confusing. Your previous message said EKG normal and something else indicated the septal infarct. Normal troponin may mean it's something old, not very recent. However, ahen such a serious problem is possible (even if unlikely), no distant online forum like this can help. You're going to have to sort this out with your own doctors. Good luck.
