Ive had echo, stress test, multiple holters as well as full bloods done. have had lots of pvcs for years. been recently having multi focal pvcs and couplets. is this normal? considering i have a structurally normal heart?

Normal structural heart does not rule out problem with conduction system. If hormonal imbalance is ruled out, a trial of beta blocker should be considered if you are symptomatic with this arrhythmia. If you have not seen an electrophysiologist (EP cardiologist), you should see one if feasible.
