Elavil (amitriptyline) and PVCs: Hi, Amitriptyline definitely can increase the risk of Ventricular Arrhythmia including PVCs although it's very rare, also Amitriptyline increases the risk of QT prolongation which increases the risk of Arrhythmia, I would suggest to get off Amitriptyline and monitor ur symptoms, if you don't get any PVCs anymore then it's Amitriptyline causing your problems, stay away from Caffein.
