Gave my 6 year old a dulcolax suppository per his doctors orders and hes been pooping for 18 hours now. consistency is more watery like diarrhea. what can i give him to help stop that? hes been unable to sleep since he cant stop going?

Call your pediatrician and get an appointment or go to an emergency room, as persistent diarrhea in a 6yo can be caused by an infectious process and should be treated.

Keep your son well hydrated, offer a probiotic and watch for signs of vomiting,fever and pain. Mucus and blood in the stool may indicate a bacterial infection.
