For a while now ive been having random diarrhea, lower abdominal pains before pooping, an itchy anus and ive had blood on my toilet paper also i recently noticed a soft lump near my anus and i was wondering if i need to go see a doctor asap or no?

ASAP: You should go see a Dr. Since the symptoms have been going on for a while and they are getting worse/ new symptoms, it has become an urgent issue. Your Dr can take a thorough history, do a complete physical exam and send your stool for culture to see if you have an infection or some other problem.
