I think the dulcolax could have provoked the abdominal cramps& diarrhea, but the soft stool wasn't typical of prolonged constipation. If yellow stools persist, consultation with a gastroenterologist is recommended for appropriate testing. Possible causes are liver& biliary tract pathology,pancreatic disorders, gluten sensitivity, & gall bladder problems. Hopefully your BMs& stools will normalize.
