I had a tb last '13/14 last 2 weeks i took xray for my peme & the results advised me to take an apicolordotic x-ray, then the results said that i have pulmonary fibrosis, left. will the company i am applying for will still accept me with this result?

Yes, they should because you do not have active tuberculous lesion. Localized apical pulmonary fibrosis (scarring) is commonly seen in patients who were treated for pulmonary TB in the past.
