I have been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. but every day i feel worse and worse, i have fever all the time. so my last chest x-ray says: there are chronic, mild bibasilar assymetric interstitual fibrotic densities. i don't understand?

The findings you describe on your X-ray are mild and don't explain your symptoms. You need to discuss this with a pulmonary specialist .
