Dentist said i have wisdom tooth pericoronitis he prescribed and that i should remove it in about a month also he prescribed a mouth rinse and an anti inflammatory is the anti inflammatory needed if the pain is getting better by it's own ?

Pain is only one indication of a problem. Inflammation should also be addressed. Without being able to examine you, best advice is to trust you treating Dentist.

Pain could return ,so be ready to continue the medication. The pericoronitis will end when the tooth is extracted.
