Impacted and crowded: Your upper wisdom teeth are aligned in such a way as to pose a decay risk to your second molars in front of them. Your lower wisdom teeth are aligned well but appear to be crowded against your lower jawbone. This is often is associated with a residual opercular flap of tissue which presents a cleaning challenge. Removal of all wisdom teeth would probably be to your advantage but get an exam.
