What would level 1.49 of tsh and 0.730 of ft4 tell you? my family doctor told me the ft4 is a bit low and to make sure i'm okay she asked me to see an endocrinologist. i'm 24 and i have never been to one. hope i'm okay with these levels?

I would need to feel your thyroid and review with you your family history of thyroid issues. Need normal values for this lab. If you are taking Biotin this can mess with thyroid tests. But if you told your Dr then they prob entered this into the decision to see ENDO. Discuss.

Low t4, low t3, normal tsh (2.5) diffusely heterogeneous echo texture of the thyroid. Thyroid is enlarged. Family history of hashimotos. Doctor wants to do more labs in 3 months but is not an endocrinologist, should I be seen by an endocrinologist?

Hi, my TSH levels are 1.3 my Doc says this is normal , they wont do FT3 and FT4. I am showing all signs of thyroid disease, it runs in family too.
