A member asked:

Very good afternoon doctors! this is an endocrinology question. my tsh two days apart was 0.32 and 0.38, respectively. my prolactin was 22.2. my endocrinologist wants me to have both a thyroid sonogram and an mri. my question is from what i have reea?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the results you provide are normal for TSH and depending on your sex near normal for prolactin.
