6 year old daughter right submandublar lymph node, right under jaw curve( towards ear) is asymmetrically enlarged. size is about an inch or a little under length wise. (football shaped) left side also a little enlarged. no symptoms. cancer concern?

That is below the bottom of my list of possibilities at that age. These are lymph nodes reacting to some stimulus from the mouth until proven otherwise. moth/throat or skin irritation or recent infection is a common trigger. Her doc should monitor it. Most resolve over 6-8 weeks.

Unlikely at this age however should be followed by her doctor. Children often have persistent enlarged lymph nodes from recurrent congestion or other irritation in the area of the lymph nodes. This is not how cancer generally presents in children.

Cancer is unlikely. It is more likely due to an infection in the mouth or throat. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
