11/19 hysteroscopy results nrml menopause 1 1/2 years lining last year 5.1 now 6.8 w/ tiny cysts in uterus & free fluid in culdesac how likely cancer if hysteroscopy d&c nrml 2 years ago on progesterone for 2 years until 1/19 scared i asked the u/s?

You gave more info in this question but my answer remains the same. Please follow your GYN's advice. Endometrial biopsy is required if you have vaginal bleeding. The fluid, if in small amount, in cul de sac is not an uncommon finding.
