Cherry hemangiomas: We do not know why people get these little red bumps, which are collections of small blood vessels. The good news is that they are just fine, but if you pick at them they can bleed. So, in short, there is nothing to worry about. They can be removed quite easily using a laser or an electric needle.

Probably not: These are often normal and can be treated with laser ablation easily.
