Skin Problems : The first 2 conditions can be related to increased estrogen levels, from a variety of causes. Keratosis pilaris is not - it is typically due to dry skin conditions, and only rarely, from genetic causes. It would be best to consult a dermatologist. I do not believe all three conditions are related, though.

Many factors: It is unlikely to be an allergic reaction. However it does sound suspicious for a hormonal problem. If you have recently changed oral contraceptives you may want to condiser this as one possible source. Spider veins may be indicative of unfolded lying venous problems and should also be evaluated. Consider discussing this with a dermatologist or your internist who may want to perform an exam & labs.
