Can chronic venous insufficiency cause or be related to raynauds and spider & cherry angiomas on chest? fyi not pregnant or on hormones of any kind

No: It is not related to raynauds. In a rare syndrome from birth called klippel-trenaunay syndrome, patient can develop port wine stains or other vascular skin anomalies associated with variety of venous malformation in the legs which can end up with venous insufficiency, but this occur from birth and will be evident in childhood and adolescence .. If the symptoms just started then the answer is no.

No: They are all unrelated. You could even have all three of them (although that would be quite unusual) and they would still be unrealted.
