Whats a differential diagnosis for cherry angiomas? i have tiny, pin-prick red dots, not connected, all on my upper arm and chest, maybe 30 total. they do not blanch when pressed. some are dark like dried blood, some bright red?

Cherry angiomas are tiny, harmless benign tumors, containing capillaries that have enlarged or proliferated. They occur in most people over 30 and increase in size and number as you age. There is no connection to cancer. They can be treated by the dermatologist with laser ablation or cautery.
