What could be possible right side mid section abdominal pain. er checked for gallstones, kidney stones, appendicitis and all major issues said liver has a little bit of fat but nothing to be worried about. pain comes and goes daily. pcp also stumped?

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Yes, somewhat typical for functional disorders, specifically if timed after meals, sphincter of Oddi dysfunction related and aside from musculoskeletal causes, usually hard to diagnose. Make sure you follow up with a gastroenterologist who should be able to further clarify.

Describe better. Is it inside the abdomen or in the abdominal wall? Then get checked by your MD. For the location makes a difference
