I went down a dr. google rabbithole, and i was wondering if i could have an abdominal aortic aneurysm. symptoms include constant lower back pain/stiffness, chest/side/abdominal aches that come and go, and occasional shock-like pains in mid abdomen?

I agree, stop evaluating yourself on the internet. See your doctor, get examined, and likely reassured. Seriously doubt your symptoms are in any fashion due to an aortic aneurysm!
