What causes pain in my lower and mid back and in my abdomen in the front and it's really bad pain? can it be kidney stones or something else?

Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain can be tricky. It can be kidney stones or constipation or other conditions .Severe pain needs to be evaluated by your pcp or urgent care.

Pain syndrome: Your pain pattern is not typical of kidney stones. Kidney stone pain is typically flank and not mid back nor mid abdomen. This appears to be something else - like intestinal pain, intestinal colic, and/or muscle spasms in your back. What triggers pain? What relieves pain? When does pain appear? What work up have you had?
