I have missed shooting drugs and it left some big welts two of them got infected would this give me a blood infection and if so what would be the best thing to do i dont want to go to the hospital cause if my wife or boss find out well you know?

Keep the area clean with soap and water. Use local heat. apply triple antibiotic ointment. If the redness spreads or the area does not heal slowly see your MD. All your medical records are confidential and cannot be shared with anyone without your consent. Re. wife in my opinion honesty is the best policy for she may help you with the problem. Quit drugs. They may and can kill you.
