No risk: That kind of exposure carries little or no risk for hepatitis B or any other blood borne infection. "Direct blood exposure" means sharing drug injection equipment, transfusion, or (rarely) exposure of an open, fresh cut to someone else's blood.

Low risk: It is highly unlikely that you would contract HBV in this manner but it is not absolutely impossible.
