I left the hospital yesterday after 5 days with pancreatitis. and an h pylori infection in my stomach. my lipaise was normal again. no fever, no vomiting, mild diahrrea. white blood cells were normal again. today i have a lot of ab pain?

Seek evaluation: At a minimum, you should contact your hospital team via the contact instructions in your discharge summary. You should consider going to the emergency room, as this could represent a recurrence of your pancreatitis. I wish you well!
