I had thyroid cancer and hoshimotos, thyroid has since been removed. i have several swollen lymph nodes in face and neck. they don't hurt, sometimes get slighter bigger, then smaller again, back and forth. i'm concerned it's some type of lymphoma?

While I wouldn't expect lymph nodes affected by malignancies to fluctuate in size, I would ask your head and neck surgeon to carefully examine and advise you. In this way you'll have peace of mind.
