You can watch and wait without risk of harm. You may feel the nodes every 2-3 days, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Also are you sure they are lymph nodes and not salivary glands? If new, would have MD/ urgent care evaluate within 24 -48 hours as may reflect tooth infection or salivary gland blockage infection ( usually painful) that should be treated.
