Lymphadenopathy: It is likely that these are lymphs nodes doing what lymph nodes do, but you should see your Primary Care Provider. Enlarged "sorta" movable lymph nodes should not be ignored.

Lymph nodes: Swollen lymph nodes are common and usually will swell secondary to some type of infection or allergy. I expect your problem should be short lived. However some lymph nodes will swell and remain palpable. This is usually not a concern. However, if they become big or spongy that can be a sine of lymphoma. Get checked!
